碳酸铝铵低温热分解制备α-Al_2O_3超细粉末 被引量:30

Preparation of Ultrafine α-Al_2O_3 Powder by Thermal Decomposition of AACH at Low Temperature

摘要 利用硫酸铝铵溶液和碳酸氢铵溶液的沉淀反应制备碳酸铝铵前驱体,通过在碳酸铝铵中同时添加Al2O3籽晶和硝酸铵, 使得相的转变温度从1150oC降低到950oC, 获得了尺寸均匀、团聚较小、平均粒径为90 nm的球形Al2O3超细粉末. 相变过程为:无定型→g→g+→,并没有出现高温过渡型相q相. Ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide(AACH) was synthesized by the precipitation reaction of ammonium aluminum sulfate [NH4Al(SO4)2] and ammonium hydro-carbonate(NH4HCO3). By adding both seeds of a-Al2O3 and ammonium nitrate into this precursor, the transformation temperature from intermediate phase to a-Al2O3 was lowered from 1150oC to 950oC. It was found that the particles of the obtained a-Al2O3 powder with an average diameter of 90 nm by TEM are uniform in size, sphere morphology and little aggregation. The phase transformation sequence was found to be AACH→amorphous→g→g+a→a, and no q phase was detected in intermediate products.
