摘要
以聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)为模板,以三氧化二钇、硝酸钇和磷酸铵为起始原料,经过固相反应合成纳米晶磷酸钇,用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)和热重/差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)手段对其主要产物进行了分析和表征。结果表明,该主要产物为纳米晶磷酸钇。该合成方法除了得到主要产物之外,还得到可溶的硝酸铵,可以作为肥料等使用。该合成方法工艺简洁,合成周期短且易于实现大规模工业化生产,是一种颇具工业应用前景的制备方法。
Nano-crystal yttrium phosphate was synthesized with Y2O3, HNO3 and (NH4)3PO4· 3H2O as materials, PEG-400 as template by solid phase reaction. The main product was characterized by XRD, TG/DSC and IR. The characterization results showed that the main product was nano-crystal YPO4. Soluble ammonium nitrate was got beside the main product. The processes of the synthesis were simply and briefly, and it had great prospect in the industrial application.
