摘要
以尿素、硝酸铝为原料,在回流条件下采用均匀沉淀法制备了纳米级的γ Al2O3粉体.以XRD、TEM、傅立叶红外吸收光谱(FTIR)等测试手段,对纳米级Al2O3的粉体结构和形貌进行了表征及研究.结果表明,当前驱体加热到1000℃可得到10nm左右的γ Al2O3,并对均匀沉淀法形成纳米氧化铝的机理进行了探讨.
Nano-sized γ-Al_2O_3 powders were prepared by the homogeneous precipitation method using urea and aluminium nitrate as the starting material in the reflux condition. The heat-treated final powders were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR).The result indicated that the 10 nm γ-Al_2O_3 powders were attained by the calcinations of the precursors at 1000℃. The formation mechanism of nano γ-Al_2O_3 was also discussed in this paper.
