摘要
[目的]总结毛水泉教授临床辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验。[方法]通过跟随毛水泉教授临诊辨病与辨证结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的实践,结合历代中医文献有关"痞满""胃痞""虚痞""嘈杂""胃痛"等病证的阐述,从病因病机、治则治法、验案举例等方面总结毛水泉教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的学术观点和临床经验。[结果]历代中医文献中有关"痞满""胃痞""虚痞""嘈杂""胃痛"等病证的阐述非常丰富。结合现代西医诊断技术,毛水泉教授认为,慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因病机应以脾胃阴虚为本、气滞血瘀为标,治疗上当以重视健脾、理气、养阴、活血为大法。所举案例显示,此经验可得临床佐证。[结论]毛水泉教授辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有继承、有创新,病证相合,疗效确切,值得借鉴和推广。
[Objective]To summarize Professor MAO Shuiquan＇s clinical experience about the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis based on syndrome differentiation. [Methods] By following Professor MAO＇s clinical practice of the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and according to all previous dynasties＇ literature about ＂fullness＂, ＂gastric blockade＂, ＂ empty blockade＂,＂noisy＂,＂stomachache＂and other diseases of TCM, conclude Professor MAO＇s academic point of view and clinical experience about the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in terms of etiology and pathogenesis, therapeutic principle and the test case for example. [Results] All previous dynasties ＇literature about＂fullness＂, ＂gastric blockade＂, ＂ empty blockade＂, ＂noisy＂,＂stomachache＂and other diseases of TCM is abundant. Combined with modern diagnosis technology, Professor MAO believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis should be based on Yin deficiency of spleen and stomach,qi and blood stasis as the standard, the treatment attaches importance to building spleen, smooth qi, nourishing Yin as well as activating blood. In all cases,the experience of clinical evidence is available. [Conclusion] Professor MAO＇s treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis based on syndrome differentiation has both inheritance,innovation and curative effect,combined with disease and syndrome.It is worthy of reference and promotion.
