摘要
目的探究芍药八味汤结合穴位埋线对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者疗效、胃功能及血清炎症因子水平影响。方法本次研究纳入慢性萎缩性胃炎患者113例,随机分为两组,予以对照组患者(56例)西医常规疗法,观察组患者(57例)西医常规疗法结合芍药八味汤及穴位埋线治疗,比较各组患者疗效、治疗前后中医症状(胃脘痞闷、胃脘灼热、口干口苦、纳呆食少、神疲乏力、气短懒言等)积分变化、内镜病理评分变化、胃泌素(GAS)及生长抑素(SS)水平变化、血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-11(IL-11)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化、不良反应数量。结果观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者胃脘痞闷、胃脘灼热、口干口苦、纳呆食少、神疲乏力、气短懒言等中医症状积分、黏膜炎症及炎症活动度、腺体以及肠上皮化生等内镜病理评分、GAS及SS水平、IL-8、IL-11及TNF-α水平比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者胃脘痞闷、胃脘灼热、口干口苦、纳呆食少、神疲乏力、气短懒言等中医症状积分、黏膜炎症及炎症活动度、腺体以及肠上皮化生等内镜病理评分、GAS及SS水平、IL-8、IL-11及TNF-α水平均改善,观察组患者治疗后胃脘痞闷、胃脘灼热、口干口苦、纳呆食少、神疲乏力、气短懒言等中医症状积分、黏膜炎症及炎症活动度、腺体以及肠上皮化生等内镜病理评分、GAS及SS水平、IL-8、IL-11及TNF-α水平均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者不良反应率(0.00%,0/57)与对照组(3.57%,2/56)均较低,P>0.05。结论芍药八味汤结合穴位埋线治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效显著,患者恢复好,安全可靠,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Shaoyao Bawei Decoction(芍药八味汤)combined with acupoint catgut embedding on the curative effect,gastric function and serum inflammatory factor level of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods In this study,113 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to February 2020 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(56 cases)received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group(57 cases)received conventional western medicine treatment combined with Shaoyao Bawei Decoction and acupoint embedding therapy.The curative effect,integral changes of TCM symptoms(epigastric fullness,epigastric burning,dry mouth and bitter mouth,lack of appetite,mental fatigue,shortness of breath and lazy speech,etc.)before and after treatment,endoscopic pathological score,changes of gastrin(GAS)and somatostatin(SS),levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-11(IL-11)and tumor necrosis factor were compared α(TNF-α)in serum and adverse reactions were compared.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms including epigastric distension,epigastric burning,dry and bitter mouth,lack of appetite,mental fatigue,shortness of breath and laziness,mucosal inflammation and inflammation activity,glands and intestinal metaplasia,GAS and SS,levels of IL-8,IL-11 and TNF-αbetween the two groups had no significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes above in each group were all improved.And those in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of patients in the observation group(0.00%)and the control group(3.57%,2/56)was lower(P>0.05).Conclusion Shaoyao Bawei Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has a significant clinical effect and good recovery of patients.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of application.
