摘要
霜层的积累在空调、航天和输电领域导致了很多经济问题,有的甚至影响设备的正常运行。本文概括了超疏水材料抗结冰、结霜的原理,介绍了几种常用的超疏水表面的制备方法,分析了影响超疏水表面疏水性能的主要因素并探索克服不利因素的方法,指出提高冷表面温度和降低环境湿度是提升超疏水表面抗霜性能的有效途径,以期为工程实践提供基本理论依据。
The accumulation of frost in the fields of air conditioning, aerospace and electricity transmission leads to some economic problems, and even affects the normal operation of the corresponding equipments. In this paper, the principles and commonly used preparation methods of super hydrophobic materials/surfaces against freezing and frosting are generalized. The factors influencing the surface hydrophobicity and corresponding measures to overcome the unfavorable factors are analyzed. It is suggested that the increasing of the temperature for the the cold surface and reducing the humidity are effective approaches to enhance the anti-frost performance of super-hydrophobic surface, which provides fundamental reference for engineering practice.
