摘要
目的分析子宫内膜息肉患者接受宫腔镜电切术治疗的临床效果。方法 100例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用宫腔镜检查+刮宫术进行治疗,观察组采用宫腔镜下电切术进行治疗。观察和比较两组患者的手术指标、月经量、复发率和妊娠情况。结果两组患者的手术时间、住院时间和术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后1个月和术后3个月的月经量明显少于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月月经量为(163.45±65.45)ml,术后3个月为(153.32±55.33)ml,少于对照组的(223.32±85.35)、(213.45±85.33)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率(4%)低于对照组(20%),妊娠成功率(60%)明显高于对照组(40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者接受宫腔镜电切术治疗的临床效果显著,安全有效,值得临床广泛应用以及推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endometrial polyp patients treated with hysteroscopic resection. Methods A total of 100 endometrial polyp patients as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received hysteroscopy ＋ uterine curettage for treatment, and the observation group received hysteroscopic resection for treatment. Observation and comparison were made on operation indicators, menstrual quantity, recurrence rate and pregnancy outcomes in two groups. Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in operation time, hospital stay time and intraoperative bleeding volume（P〉0.05）. Both groups had less menstrual quantity in postoperative 1 and 3 months than preoperation, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had menstrual quantity in postoperative 1 month as（163.45±65.45） ml and menstrual quantity in postoperative 3 months as（153.32±55.33） ml, which were all less than（223.32±85.35） and（213.45±85.33） ml in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower recurrence rate（4%） than the control group（20%） and obviously higher successful pregnancy rates（60%） than the control group（40%）. Their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection shows significant clinical effect in treating endometrial polyp patients, and it is safe and effective. So it is worthy of clinical wide application and promotion.
