摘要
目的:探讨宫腔镜电切术与刮宫术治疗不孕症患者子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法:收治子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者66例,随机分为研究组与对照组,分别给予宫腔镜电切术和刮宫术,比较两组的手术效果。结果:研究组治疗后的月经量低于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组,妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下电切术治疗不孕症患者子宫内膜息肉效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic resection and curettage in the treatment of endometrial polyps in infertile patients.Methods:66 cases of infertile patients with endometrial polyps were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.They were respectively given hysteroscopic electric resection and curettage.We compared the operation effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the menstrual volume of the study group was lower than before treatment of the group and after treatment of the control group(P < 0.05).In the study group,the recurrence rate was lower than the control group,and the pregnancy rate was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps in infertile patients was significant.
