摘要
中医认为,慢性萎缩性胃炎的发病多因脾胃虚弱,加之饮食损伤、外邪犯胃、情志不畅、劳倦过度等导致中焦气机不利,脾胃失和。病属本虚标实,本虚以脾胃虚弱、气虚、阴虚为主,标实以寒、热、滞、湿、浊毒、痰、瘀、痈多见。中医药辨证论治慢性萎缩性胃炎,可扶正祛邪,提高免疫力,保护胃黏膜,阻止病情发展。名老中医分别从"阴""伏邪""毒""气机""瘀""痈"等辨证论治,为中医辨治萎缩性胃炎拓展了思路。
TCM holds that the etiology of chronic atrophic gastritis is the patient＇s own weak stomach, plus diet injury, external evil damaging stomach, poor emotional, overwork as a result of qi is not smooth of middle Jiao, spleen and stomach disharmony. This disease is characterized by root deficiency and branch excess, root deficiency is based on the weakness of spleen and stomach, deficiency of qi and yin, branch excess is based on cold, heat, stagnation, dampness, turbid toxin, phlegm, blood stasis and carbuncle. Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can increase of righteousness and dispel evil, improve immunity, protect the gastric mucosa and prevent the progression of the disease. Prominent traditional Chinese medicine doctors developed a way to treat atrophic gastritis in Chinese medicine from＂yin ＂and＂insidious pathogen＂＂poison＂＂functional activities of qi ＂＂stasis＂and ＂carbuncle＂.
