摘要
目的研究鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成与外膜蛋白基因caro表达的关系。方法结晶紫染色法检测鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力,采用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)比较临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌在生物被膜形成的不同阶段外膜蛋白基因caro表达水平。结果 66.13%的临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力阳性;随着生物被膜形成的成熟,外膜蛋白基因caro的表达水平下调。结论临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成与外膜蛋白系统密切相关。
Objective To study the correlation between biofilm formation and outer membrane protein gene caro ex- pression in Aeinetobacter baumannii. Methods We use the crystal-violet straning method to estimate the biofilm forma- tion ability of A. baumannii. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was applied to detect the expression level of caro gene throughout the course of biofilm formation. Results Majority (66.13%) of A. baumannii strains formed biofilm in vitro,the expression level of outer membrane protein gene caro was lower in biofilm strains than their plank- tonic counterparts. Conclusion Biofilm formation among the clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii is closely cor- related with outer membrane proteins.
