摘要
鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii,Ab)是引起医院获得性感染的常见杆菌,革兰染色阴性。近年来,由于临床上抗生素的大量和广泛使用,其耐药菌株日益增多。Ab耐药机制复杂多样,生物被膜及相关外膜蛋白等因素是近年来的研究热点。本文就鲍曼不动杆菌的生物被膜的形成和相关基因的研究现状进行阐述。
Acinetobacter baumannii(Ab)is a common gram-negative bacterium causing nosocomial infection.In recent years,due to the extensive use of antibiotics in clinic,the number of drug-resistant strains is increasing.The mechanism of Ab resistance is complex and diverse.Biofilm and related outer membrane proteins are the research hotspots in recent years.In this paper,the formation of Acinetobacter baumannii biofilm and the research status of related genes were reviewed.
