摘要
以食品重金属检测仪NX-100F为测定仪器,研究了测定时间、环境温度、环境湿度、样品粒度、样品形态、称样量、样品水分等因素对X射线荧光光谱法测定稻米镉含量的影响。结果表明,除测定时间外,环境温度、环境湿度、样品粒度、样品形态、称样量、样品水分等因素对测定结果均无显著性影响。以720s为测定时间,在20℃和相对湿度40%的条件下,采用食品重金属检测仪NX-100F直接对粒状糙米样品进行检测,考察了该方法对不同镉含量糙米测定结果的准确度和精密度,结果表明,当糙米镉含量在0.007~1.74mg/kg时,糙米镉含量越高,检测结果的精密度越高。考察了食品重金属检测仪NX-100F的稳定性,结果表明,该仪器持续工作72h后,测定结果仍具有较高的准确性,表现出较高的稳定性。
The influence of detection time, environment temperature, environment humidity, sample size, sample forms, sample mass and sample moisture on the determination of cadmium content in rice by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry uisng food heavy metal detector NX-100F were studied. The results showed that the detection result was not infected by environment temperature, environment humidity, sample size, sample forms,sample mass or sample moisture except detection time. The accuracy and precision of this method were studied by food heavy metal detector NX-100F in the condition of 20℃ and 40% RH (relative humidity) using the granular brain rice when the detection time was 720 s. The results indicated that precision of this method was increased with the cadmium content of brown rice when the cadmium content of brown rice ranged from 0. 007 mg/kg to 1.74 mg/kg. The stability of food heavy metal detector NX-100F was studied and the results showed that the detection result was still accurate when food heavy metal detector NX-100F continued to work 72 h,whieh showed a good stability.
