摘要
目的:研究瓜蒌子在贵州遵义地区引种栽培的可行性,优选出适宜引种的品种.方法:从药用与营养成分及种子千粒重方面,分析比较浙江绍兴的4种瓜蒌子引种栽培于贵州遵义后的质量,并筛选出优质品种对其进一步检测微量元素及重金属含量.结果:4种引种瓜蒌子的栝楼仁三醇、 总蛋白、 脂肪、 多糖的含量及千粒重较原产地均有不同程度的变化.综合优选出2号种子,其引种后微量元素含量更高,重金属含量更低.结论:2号瓜蒌子更适宜在贵州遵义开展大范围的引种栽培.
Objective:In order to study the feasibility of the introduction and cultivation of Trichosanthis semen in Zunyi city,and select the quality seeds to promote.Methods:From the aspect of medicine、nutrition components and 1000-grain weight of seeds,the quality of 4 species of Trichosanthis semen from Shaoxing of Zhejiang was analyzed,after being introduced into Zunyi of Guizhou.The quality seeds were selected and the trace elements,heavy metals were further examined.Results:The contents of 3,29-dibenzoyl rarounitriol,total protein,lipids,polysaccharides and 1000-grain weight of introducing and cultivating of Trichosanthis semen from Zunyi were different from the contents of Shaoxing.Based on the results,the No.2 seeds were selected as the quality seeds.The content of trace elements in No.2 seeds from Zunyi was higher,the content of heavy metals was lower.Conclusion:It indicated that No.2 Trichosanthis semen was more suitable for carrying out a wide range of introduction and cultivation in Zunyi of Guizhou Province.
