对近年来国内食品中镉的检测技术和方法进行了评述,内容包括了火焰原子吸收光谱法、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、低温原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、分光光度法、示波极谱法、阳极溶出伏安法等.
A review of the advances of determination technique of cadmium in foods in china in recent years was presented.The techniques include flame atomic absorption spectrometry,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry,hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,spectrophotometry,polarography,and anodic stripping voltammetry etc.
