摘要
针对目前对于产学研协同创新绩效影响因素的理论研究较为松散、缺乏系统化研究成果的现实,运用扎根理论对现有研究中产学研协同创新绩效影响因素内容进行开放式编码、主轴性编码和选择性编码,并通过理论饱和度检验,总结得出产学研协同创新绩效影响因素划可分为环境因素和过程因素两个维度,其中环境因素包括市场需求水平、科技成果转化水平、知识产权保护和法律法规支持情况等;过程因素包括科技中介服务、协同创新服务平台、信息沟通网络建设和文化价值融合情况等。
The reality of current research on the collaborative innovation performance factors has been looser theoretically and lacking systematic outcome. The paper has introduced the grounded theory to research on the open coding, spindle coding and selection coding of collaborative innovation performance factors content, and theoretical saturation test results have summarized that research collaborative innovation performance factors and environmental factors are divided into two dimensions of the process factors and environmental factors; the former factors include the level of market demand, the level of scientific and technological achievements, intellectual property protection and legal support and so; the later factors include technology intermediary services, collaborative innovation service platform, communication network construction and integration of cultural values and so on.
