摘要
随着粤港澳大湾区的深入建设,推动湾区内高校合作,为湾区建设提供人才和智力支持已是重中之重。该文通过对湾区高校合作现状的深入剖析,从制度、资源、高校合作案例的方向出发分析政府参与的必要性,在此基础上提出一体化共生模式与对称性互惠共生模式,详细探讨了粤港澳政府进一步发挥作用促进高校合作的对策路径。
With the in-depth construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it has become a top priority to promote cooperation among universities in the Bay Area and provide talent and intellectual support for the construction of the Bay Area.Through an in-depth analysis of the status quo of university cooperation in the Bay Area,this paper analyzes the necessity of government participation from the perspectives of institutions,resources,and university cooperation cases.On this basis,an integrated symbiosis mode and a symmetric and mutually beneficial symbiosis mode were proposed,and the measures for the governments of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao to further play their role and promote cooperation among universities were discussed.
