摘要
以互联网为核心的信息技术深刻地改变了社会生活的各个领域,也对教育领域产生了深远的影响,然而我们必须看到教育信息化的终极目标是育人,特别是创新人才的培养。创新人才的培养不仅事关我国能否跨越"中等收入陷阱",能否实现经济发展方式转型,也是破解人才培养与市场需求错位的重要途径。学校教育的核心是为学习者创设一种可以主动学习的环境,使学生的能力得到充分发展,将其培育成创新人才。信息技术则可以通过面向所有学习者的开放课程、更加互动的课堂、突出发展的过程性评价、多元化的国际参与和强调众创的开放式创新文化等具体路径创设更加开放、多元、共享、人本的育人环境,进而促进创新人才的培养。
Information communication technologies (ICTs), especially the Internet, have transformed all aspects of our lives, and education is no exception. We must note that the ultimate goal of campus computing is talent development, especially creative talent. The creative talent education is central for China to escape the middle income trap, transform the economic development model, and match the talent education with the market needs. The core of school education is to create active learning environments, facilitate learners' full development, and make them become more innovative. ICTs have been building an open, pluralistic, sharing, and learner-centered learning environment through learners-oriented open courses, more interactive classroom, process evaluation focused on learners' development, diversified participation and innovative culture, which can promote the creative talent education.
