摘要
医学本科教育的重要目的是培养基层应用型人才,应重视医学本科"双师型"教师队伍建设,明确培养目标、建立制度保障和有效途径,为培养适合临床需要的医学人才提供师资条件。
The important purpose of medical undergraduate education is to cultivate applied talents at the grass-roots level,should pay attention to medical undergraduate ＂double type＂ teachers team construction,clear training objectives,to set up the system guarantee and effective way,in order to train medical talents for the clinical needs with teachers.
