摘要
为了促进高职院校医学教育的加速发展,在教育部门大力倡导工匠精神的背景下,高职院校有必要构建一支专业素质过硬、经验丰富的“双师型”教师队伍。文章选取高职医学教育领域的“双师型”教师队伍建设为分析对象,先介绍了其发展现状,然后梳理了其存在的问题,通过探索分析及研究,明确问题的真正成因并提出有针对性的解决对策,最终探索出如何在工匠精神引领下稳步、高效推动该项工作的可行性方案。
In order to promote the accelerated development of medical education in higher vocational college,it is necessary for higher vocational college to build a"Double-qualified"teachers team with excellent professional quality and experience against the background of the education department’s strong advocacy of craftsmanship.This study selects the construction of"Double-qualified"teachers team in the field of higher vocational medical education as the specific object of analysis,first introduces the current situation of its development,then sorts out its problems,through exploration and analysis and research,clarifies the real causes of the problems,and puts forward targeted countermeasures.Ultimately,this paper explores how to steadily and efficiently promote this work in vocational college in the new era under the leadership of craftsmanship and proposes a special feasible plan.
