摘要
绿茶是中国的常用饮品,天然健康且具有广泛保健功效。表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)是绿茶中含量最高的茶多酚,也是最主要的活性成分之一。茶多酚EGCG具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗肥胖、保护心血管和预防糖尿病等保健功效;同时,EGCG在肿瘤预防和治疗方面的功效也被广泛研究。EGCG在癌症防治中的抗癌机制包括诱导细胞凋亡和细胞周期停滞、抑制癌细胞转移和侵染、抑制血管生成和影响信号通路等。EGCG作为安全高效的天然预防剂或联合用药中的增敏剂,具有广阔的应用前景。
Green tea, the most popular beverage in China,is demonstrated to have extensive health care efficacies. Epigallocatechin-3-gallate（EGCG） is the most abundant and bioactive polyphenol in green tea. h has been demonstrated to have various biological activities, including anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, anti-obesity, cardiovascular protection and prevention of diabetes effects. The mechanism of EGCG on cancer prevention and treatment, including induction of apoptosis and cell cycle arrest, inhibition of migration and agiogenesis, and affecting signaling pathways. EGCG can be used as a safe and effective natural preventive agent or sensitizer in combination therapy for the prevention and treatment of cancer.
