摘要
以盾构掘进工程为研究对象,建立了关于盾构掘进和的管片衬砌的力学模型,研究了由盾构机掘进施工过程对周围土体造成的影响.用ANSYS数值分析软件对所选取的盾构掘进隧道和足够大断面区域土体进行分析,采用Soild45单元来模拟土体和该区域之间的联系,并通过杀死和激活单元来模拟土体的掘进过程.研究结果表明,当盾构机掘进、管片衬砌及注浆的过程中,研究对象会发生沿Y轴对称的非线性变化,沉降量在隧道孔的上下两端达到峰值,但在孔的左右两侧位移量较小.盾构隧道的开挖、建环对地层的影响范围大体呈"V"型,在该地层下地标一倍洞泾以外沉降量较小,且模拟量略小于仪器监测值.
Taking the shield tunneling construction as the research object,the segment lining of shield tunneling was established and the mechanics model of shield tunneling construction process was studied by the effects on the surrounding soils. Using the ANSYS numerical analysis software,the selection of shield tunneling tunnel and large enough cross section area of soil were analyzed. The Soild 45 unit was used to simulate the connection between the soil and the area by killing and activation of unit to simulate the soil excavation process. The research results showed that in the process of the shield machine tunneling,the segment lining and grouting,the research object changed along the Y axisymmetric nonlinear,the settlements in the tunnel hole peaked on the upper and lower ends,but in the hole of left and right side at the small displacement. We found the influence of fermation was a "V" shaped by excavating the shield tunnel and building environment. Under this stratum and outside the landmark of double hole,the settlement was smaller,and the analog quantity was slightly smaller than the instrument detection values.
