复合地层双线盾构隧道施工时空变化特征分析

Analysis of Temporal and Spatial Variation Characteristics of Double-line Shield Tunnelling in Composite Strata

摘要 为了研究双线盾构隧道施工对周围土体的扰动规律及盾构隧道施工时空效应,以徐州地铁3号线2期工程为背景,在现场实测的地表沉降数据基础上,采用数值计算的方法对双线盾构隧道施工进行模拟计算。首先通过地表沉降计算值与地表实测值进行对比,验证模拟的合理性。进一步建立双线盾构隧道计算模型,探究双线盾构隧道施工时地层及管片应力与位移的时空变化特性。研究结果表明:盾构隧道掘进在一定区间范围内对研究断面的地表沉降有显著影响。随着右线隧道的施工,地表沉降曲线逐步向W形曲线形态发展。隧道周围土体应力变化显著,应力最大幅值及位置随着盾构掘进而发生改变。同时,管片变形及受力特征随着盾构施工也发生显著变化。 To study the disturbance patterns of surrounding soil during the twin-line shield tunnelling and the time-space effects of shield tunnel construction,this research is based on the PhaseⅡproject of Xuzhou Metro Line 3.Utilizing field-measured surface settlement data,numerical methods were employed to simulate the construction of the twin-line shield tunnel.First,the simulated surface settlement values were compared with the observed surface settlement values to verify the rationality of the simulation.A further twin-line shield tunnel calculation model was established to explore the time-space variation characteristics of stress and displacement in the strata and segments during construction.The results indicate that the excavation of the shield tunnel significantly influences the surface settlement of the monitored section within a certain range.As the construction of the right-line tunnel progresses,the surface settlement curve gradually transforms into a W-shaped curve.The stress variation in the surrounding soil is significant,with the maximum stress amplitude and its location changing as shield excavation continues.Simultaneously,the deformation and stress characteristics of the segments also exhibit significant changes during shield construction.
