摘要
庞清治教授对胎前之热尤其重视,认为"热"是导致妇女在妊娠期间发生疾病的基本病因之一。"热"所致滑胎,多因孕后阴血下注冲任以养胎,人体阴血有限,聚以养胎,易使机体阴血偏虚,阳气偏旺,则血热内生。治疗上庞老强调以清热养阴为主,兼以理气、健脾祛湿及滋补肝肾,创立了"庞氏安胎止血汤"。庞老非常注重阶段性辨治,在未孕前,审因辨治而进行遣药用方,审查清楚原因,根据临床症状辨证论治,为稳定的孕育提供前提保障;滑胎患者的孕后保胎应主要从"热""滞""虚"这三个方面着手。同时,在临证时配合合理有度的变通和适时的建议,每获奇效。
In diagnosis and treatment of Habitual abortion, famous TCM doctor Pang Qingzhi pays much attention to the Heat Syn- drome, as he believes that Heat is one of the causes for women＇s diseases during pregnancy. When women＇s much Blood is used to nourish the fetus and the Yang Qi of the women becomes comparatively redundant, hence the Heat Evil within Blood comes into being. In treatment of the syndrome, Pang Qingzhi applies strategies of clearing Heat, regulating Qi, tonifying Spleen by dispelling Dampness as well as nourishing Liver and Kidney. In this way he has created a prescription called ＂Pang＇s Aantai Zhixue Decoc- tion＂. Pang Qingzhi tries to solve the problems of pregnant women before, during and after the habitual abortion. First, help women to well prepare pregnancy with syndrome differentiation treatment. Then, solve the problems of ＂ Heat＂ ,＂ Stagnancy＂ and ＂ Deficiency＂ in syndrome during pregnancy to avoid habitual abortion. Besides ,flexible treating methods are used and different clinical advices are given if necessary, which help to guarantee the satisfying clinical efficacy in treatment of Habitual abortion.
