摘要
在过去的30余年里,封闭社区逐渐成为在全球范围内流行的居住空间模式。历史上,在不同的国家和地区,封闭社区的形成和发展源于各自独特的历史文化条件和政治经济际遇。美国被认为是现代封闭社区起源的主要国家之一,其封闭社区的诞生可以归因于社会经济状况、种族歧视、私人偏好和城市公共服务供给等一系列因素。在中国社区建设运动的背景下,封闭社区在基层政权建设、基层治理秩序和社会公共服务等制度供给方面发挥着巨大的作用,成为中国基层社会治理的基本单元。通过考察中国式封闭社区的产生、演化、作用等发展变化,可以反映出中国城市空间结构和社会基层治理的制度变迁以及中国社会阶层转变的脉络。
In the past over 30 years,gated communities had become a worldwide popular pattern of living space.Inhistory,the formation and development of gated communities came from their unique historical and cultural conditions and political,economic circumstances of different countries and regions.The United States is considered one of the main origins of modern gated communities.The emergence of American gated communities can be attributed to socioeconomic conditions,racial discrimination,private preferences and urban public service provisionandsoon.InthecontextofChina＇s community-building movement,gated communities play a huge role in grass-roots political power construction,grass-roots governance order,social public service and other system supplies,and has become the basic units of China＇s grass-roots social governance.Through the study of Chinese-style gated communities＇ production,evolution,effect in development and change,we can find that Chinese-style gated communities can reflect the institutional changes of China＇s urban spatial structure and social grass-roots governance,even the changing context of China＇s social class.
