摘要
知识经济时代的发展,对我国企业家的知识储备提出了新的挑战和要求。企业家知识创造和学习成为社会和学术界关注的重点,现有企业家知识获取途径过分依赖于自身实践和经验总结,忽视了外部环境和知识共享的作用。以E-SECI模型为基础,重点探讨了企业家通过组织外部渠道学习知识的相关理论,并通过案例分析佐证理论的合理性。
With the development of knowledge economy era, new challenges and demands are put forward. Entrepreneurial knowledge creation and learning become the focus of attention of the society and academia. The existing approaches to knowledge acquisition of entrepreneurs depend too much on their own practice and experience, and ignore the role of external environment and knowledge sharing. In this paper, based on the E-SECI model, we focus on the theory of entrepreneur learning knowledge through the organization of external channels, and through case studies to prove the rationality of the theory.
