摘要
文章对网络社区用户知识贡献的涵义、用户知识贡献的动机、障碍和推动力等影响因素进行综述,并对已有的研究进行评析,以期为网络社区用户知识贡献今后的研究提供方向和启示。
This paper reviews the definmon, the motivations, bamers and enablers of network user s knowledge contribution in cyber commumhes. Dlrechon and enhghtenment are provided for future research in user s knowledge con- tribution in cyber communities.
