摘要
从知识共享的定义、动机、影响因素以及作用四个方面对知识共享理论进行了分析与评述,并对其研究发展趋势进行展望,指出今后的研究应该更加注重知识共享的定量分析,加强对评估方法的探索。
This paper analyzes and reviews the knowledge sharing theory through four aspects,which are the definition,motivation,influence factors and function of the knowledge sharing.Moreover,it views the research trend,by pointing that the research should pay more attention on quantitative analysis of knowledge sharing,and the exploration of assessment method should be enhanced.
