摘要
目的建立消糜栓的定性鉴别和含量测定的方法。方法用薄层色谱法定性鉴别消糜栓中人参茎叶总皂苷、黄柏、紫草;用HPLC法测定苦参中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱含量。结果薄层色谱方法斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;苦参碱在0.316~2.528μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.23%,RSD为0.82%(n=6);氧化苦参碱在0.414~3.312μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.36%,RSD为0.60%(n=6)。结论所建立的定性、定量分析方法可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the methods of qualitative identification and content determination in Xiaomi Shuan.Methods The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify total saponins of Ginseng stem,Cortex Phellodendri chinensis and Arnebiae radix;and the content of matrine and oxymatrine,the principal component in Sophora flavescens,was determined by HPLC.Results The TLC sports developed were fairy clear,and the blank test showed no interference;The linear range of matrine was 0.316~2.528 μg,the average recovery of matrine was 98.23%and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.82%(n=6).The linear range of oxymatrine acid was 0.414~3.312 μg,the average recovery of oxymatrine acid was 98.36%and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.60%(n=6).Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative analysis method is applicable for the quality control of Xiaomi Shuan.
