摘要
本文从三个方面对基于外商直接投资渠道的国际技术溢出文献进行了梳理和总结,包括外商直接投资技术溢出的不同方向对东道国生产率水平的影响;外商直接投资技术溢出的四条主要渠道;并从技术溢出方和接受方两个角度,分析了影响外商直接投资技术溢出效应的因素。最后根据当前的国际经济形势,展望了未来该领域的研究方向。
This paper presents a review of the literature on the international technology spillover effect from FDI channel and is extended by three parts, which includes the influence on host country＇s productivity raising by different directions of technology spillover from FDI, four main channels of technology spillover and the factors that have impacts on the spillover effect from both angles of the contributor and the acceptor. According to recent international economic circum- stance, the paper gives some predictions on future research direction in this field.
