摘要
本文运用面板数据模型分析了外商直接投资对国内高技术行业企业技术创新能力的影响及其作用的途径。主要结论是:FDI的竞争效应不利于国内企业创新能力的成长,但会通过示范效应和科技人员的流动等促进国内企业的研发活动;在国内企业中,国有企业和其他所有制企业的技术创新模式有所不同,受FDI的影响也不尽相同;国内企业的科技活动会对外商投资企业产生“挤牙膏”效应,激发其更强的创新动力;国内企业在与外资的技术创新竞争中很难占据上风。
The paper analyzes the influences of FDI on the innovation ability of domestic high-tech industries in China with the panel data model. The results indicate that, FDI engenders competitive effect against the promotion of the innovation ability of the domestic enterprises; however, the demonstration effect and turnover effect of science and technology personnel may stimulate the R＆D of domestic enterprises. The state-owned-enterprises and the enterprises of the other ownerships reveal different innovation models, and have different reactions while facing FDI. The scientific activities of the domestic enterprises seem to stimulate the foreign enterprises to accelerate their own innovations. As a result, it is difficult for the domestic enterprises to leapfrog in the competition of technology innovation with the foreign counterparts.
