摘要
进入21世纪以后,我国的人口老龄化问题越来越严重。"时间银行"模式在众多解决我国养老问题的手段中脱颖而出,被应用于社区居家养老服务,并在各地区广泛开展试点。上海虹口区晋阳居委首开先河,在养老服务中引入"时间银行"概念,开展社区居家养老互助服务。鉴于"时间银行"模式在养老服务中应用的局限性,文章将基于物联网技术在养老服务智能化的应用成果对"时间银行"模式在社区居家养老服务中的应用提出相应的策略支持。
After entering the 21st century, China＇s population aging problem is becoming more and more serious. ＂ Time Bank＂ model comes to the fore in many solutions for the problem of pension means, it is applied in the community home care service, and is carried out a wide range of pilot in the region. The Jinyang residential committee of Hongkou District in Shanghai opened the first of its kind, introduced ＂ Time Bank＂ concept to the pension services, and developed the community home care assistance services. In view of the limitations of the application ＂Time Bank＂ model in the service for the aged, based on the results of networking technology in the application of pension services intellectualization, this paper puts forward corresponding policies.
