摘要
随着中国银龄社会的来临,居家养老已经成为解决我国养老这一重大社会问题的关键点,而"时间银行"模式下的互助养老则是解决居家养老问题的重要途径,尤其适用于现行机构养老资源不足,中低收入者比重较大的地区。本文结合社区照顾模式的专业方法与技巧对"时间银行"互助养老方式进行深入探讨,并为推动"时间银行"模式下的居家互助养老在我国的发展提供一些政策和操作性建议。
With the coming of a silver-age society in China,aging care at home has become a key point in solving the social problem of aging care in China.Coadjutant aging care under the mode of ＂time bank＂ is one important way to solve the problem of aging care at home,especially in those areas with inadequate aging care institutions and resources and among the largely average-to low-income communities.This paper centers on the perspective of community participation together with professional methods and skills in the community caring mode.It then probes into coadjutant aging caring of ＂time bank＂,and then proposes some policies and operational measures to promote the development of coadjutant aging care in our country.
