摘要全面推进课程思政建设,专业课教师课程思政能力是关键,直接影响课程思政建设是否落地落实,是否见功见效。专业课教师课程思政能力主要指在教学过程中精准挖掘和彰显"专业课知识"内在蕴含的"思政元素",发挥专业课程隐性教育功能,实现知识传授和价值引领内在统一的教育能力。目前专业课教师的课程思政能力要从专业课教师"立德树人"认知水平、政治素质和理论素养、课程思政方法艺术运用等方面着手,以达到知识传授、能力培养和价值引领的统一,实现课程思政与思政课程同向同行协同育人,共同培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人。 Teachers are the key to comprehensively promote the ideological and political construction of curriculum.The curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of teachers of professional courses directly affects whether the ideological and political construction of the curriculum is implemented or not,and whether it is effective.The curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of teachers of professional courses mainly refers to the special ability to accurately excavate and highlight the inherent“ideological and political elements”of“professional knowledge”in the teaching process,give play to the recessive education function of professional courses,and realize the internal unity of knowledge imparting and value leading.It is an important part of university teachers’educational ability.At present,the ideological and political teaching ability of teachers of professional courses should start from the cognitive level of“cultivating people by virtue”,political quality and theoretical accomplishment,and the artistic application of ideological and political methods in the curriculum,so as to achieve the unity of knowledge imparting,ability training and value guidance,realize the collaborative education of ideological and political courses,and cultivate generations after generations to support the leadership of the Communist Party of China.We should strive for the all-round development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
