摘要
在风电齿轮箱新产品开发时,以经验为主导的现有结构设计流程会使结构设计和CAE分析工作分离,导致产品研发周期长和结构材料冗余。鉴于此,基于拓扑优化理论并结合CAE提出新的结构设计流程,运用C#和TCL/TK语言对Hyper Works进行二次开发,研发了以轻量化结构为特征的风电齿轮箱新产品结构设计流程自动化系统。以某风电齿轮箱行星架设计为实例,验证了系统的可操作性。实例证明,流程自动化系统能够引导设计师完成面向轻量化的风电齿轮箱零件结构设计,前后处理效率比现有流程提高了90%,大大缩短了风电齿轮箱新产品的研发周期。
The current experience-dominated structural design process separates the structural design from CAE analysis in the development of a new wind turbine gearbox,which leads to a quite long-term development cycle and the redundancy of structural materials.Consequently,a new structural design process is presented based on topological optimization theory and combined with CAE.Through a secondary development for Hyperworks with C# and TCL / TK language,a new process automatic system characterized by lightweight structure for the structural design of wind turbine gearboxes is developed.The operability of the system is testified by the instance of designing a planet carrier.The case indicates that the process automatic system can lead designers to finish the lightweight-oriented structural design for wind turbine gearbox parts,and the pre and post processing efficiency can increase by 90% than the current process,and the development cycle of new products of wind turbine gearbox is shorten enormously.
