摘要
结合齿轮箱质量评价的现有理论,对某风电齿轮箱的运行状态评价方法进行了研究,提出了一种综合的运行状态评价方法。设计了一套针对某风电齿轮箱的运行状态监测系统。该状态监测系统可以对风电齿轮箱的振动加速度、振动速度、振动位移、噪声,齿轮箱转速、功率,轴承油温,压力等进行监测,并生成监测报告。该监测系统硬件上由振动、噪声、转速、温度、压力等传感器,信号适调器,数据采集箱,PC机等硬件设备组成;软件为NI公司的Lab-VIEW。实验结果表明:该监测系统可以有效、实时地对某风电齿轮箱运行时的振动、噪声等物理量进行精确测量,以帮助实验者对某风电齿轮箱的运行状况进行分析、判断。
Combined with gear box quality evaluation theory, this paper researched evaluation methodology for operational state of a gearbox for wind turbine, and designed a set of operational state system of a gearbox for wind turbine. This observation system can monitor vibration acceleration, vibration velocity, vibration displacement, noise, box speed ; power, bearing temperature, and pressure of a gearbox for wind turbine. It could also generate monitoring report. This observation system' s hardware consists of vibrating sensor, noise sensor, motor speed sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, signal regulator, and PC. This observation system' s software is LabVIEW of NI company. This study showed that this observation system could effectively and real-time accurately test the vibration, noise value of a gearbox for wind turbine. It helps tester analyze and estimate the operational state of a gearbox for wind turbine.
