摘要
以车身侧围的智能化设计以及可制造性分析的集成技术为研究对象,阐述了在车身概念设计阶段实施并行工程的重要意义。结合基于知识工程(KBE)技术的车身侧围设计软件和基于面向制造设计(DFM)技术的一步逆成形性冲压分析软件的集成应用,论述了具有专家经验的智能化车身设计软件和一步逆成形冲压分析CAE软件的系统开发与集成的工作流程及其所运用到的相关关键技术。仿真结果表明,该方法极大地提高了车身设计的效率和品质。
The integration techniques of intelligent CAD design and manufacturability verification for the vehicle body side was studied, the significance of the concurrent engineering during the vehicle body conceptual design phase was emphasized. Through applying the integration of the vehicle body side design software based on the knowledge based engineering with the one-step FEA forming simulation software based on design for manufacture, the development and integration flowchart of the two softwares and the involved key techniques were discussed. The simulation results showed that the proposed method remarkablely improves the efficiency and quality of the vehicle body design.
