摘要
我国企业正在以几何速度成长,积极挺进全球市场,当他们冒险进入美国市场时,却成为美国专利侵权诉讼的目标,而类似历程同样发生在韩国。研究韩国应对美国"337调查"的基本情况与相关策略,对指导我国政府决策和企业发展具有现实意义。
Chinese enterprises are growing at a geometric rate and actively entering into the global market. Unfortunately,when they ventured into the U.S. market,some of them became the target of U.S. patent infringement litigation. Similar processes have happened to South Korean enterprises. It’s of practical significance to research the basic situation and related strategies of ‘337 investigation’ in South Korea,which will guide Chinese government in decision-making and help enterprises to develop in the future.
