摘要
随着中国"走出去"战略的实施,被侵犯知识产权的现象时有发生。特别是在不断加强自主创新的背景下,中国在世界知识产权中的地位日益提高。由于不注重知识产权保护以及知识产权保护方式的偏差,中国企业在"一带一路"区域被侵犯知识产权更加严重。在分析"一带一路"区域知识产权状况的基础上,考察了中国在"一带一路"知识产权保护的状况。基于保护海外知识产权的国际经验,提出应对在"一带一路"区域知识产权保护的策略。
With China＇s ＂going out＂ strategy, there occurs a phenomenon infringing intellectual property rights. Especially in the context of strengthening independent innovation, China＇s position in the world intellectual property increasing. Because they do not pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights as well as bias in the protection of intellectual property rights, Chinese enterprises in the ＂along the way＂ area is more serious IPR infringement. In the analysis, ＂along the way＂ on the basis of the IP situation in the region, we examine the Chinese situation ＂along the way＂ in intellectual property protection. Based on the protection of intellectual property rights overseas international experience, coping strategies presented in ＂all the way along the＂ area of intellectual property orotection.
