摘要
目的探索分析临床疑难配血的影响因素以及相应处置措施。方法 50例疑难配血患者,由市中心血站血型室进行疑难配血试验,共同进行回顾性分析患者输血前相关检查资料,总结疑难配血发生的主要原因,并实施相应预防对策。结果导致疑难配血发生的主要原因为不规则抗体,占32.00%;抗体减弱,占22.00%;抗原减弱,占20.00%;自身冷抗体,占16.00%;ABO亚型,占10.00%。结论通过分析疑难配血产生因素后,实施相应处置措施,可确保输血安全。
Objective To explore and analyze influence factors of clinical difficulty blood matching and its disposal measures. Methods A total of 50 difficulty blood matching patients received difficulty blood matching tests performed in blood type room of municipal blood station. Related examination data of patients before blood transfusion were retrospectively analyzed to summarize main reasons caused difficulty blood matching and perform corresponding precaution measure. Results Main reasons caused difficulty blood matching were irregular antibody, accounted for 32.00%, weakening antibody, accounted for 22.00%, attenuated antigen, accounted for 20.00%, cold auto-antibody, accounted for 16.00%, ABO blood subgroup, accounted for 10.00%. Conclusion Blood transfusion security can be insured by analyzing influence factors of clinical difficulty blood matching, and performing corresponding disposal measure.
