摘要
目的追踪研究常规同型输血与配合型输血对患者红细胞不规则抗体产生的影响。方法收集2014年1月至2016年12月期间安康市中心医院需输注红细胞的患者500例,250例接受同型输血作为对照组,另250例患者因紧急情况接受ABO和Rh配合型输血为研究组,观察2组红细胞输注前后不规则抗体产生情况、输注有效性及安全性。结果输注前2组不规则抗体均为阴性,输注后研究组不规则抗体阳性率与对照组相比较差异无统计学意义(1.6%vs 3.2%,P>0.05);2组输血有效性相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组输血不良反应率低于对照组(0.8%vs 1.2%,P>0.05)。结论ABO和Rh配合型输血红细胞不规则抗体检测阳性率低于常规同型输血,安全性及输血有效性值得肯定。
ObjectiveTo track and study the effects of routine matched blood transfusion and identical transfusion on the production of erythrocytes irregular antibodies.Methods 500 cases of patients who needed transfusion of erythrocytes in the Ankang Central Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were collected,including 250 cases who accepted identical blood transfusion(the control group)and another 250 cases who accepted ABO and Rh matched blood transfusion for emergency(the study group).The irregular antibody production,transfusion effectivity and safety before and after the transfusion of erythrocytes were observed in the 2 groups.ResultsBefore transfusion,the irregular antibodies were all negative in the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the positive rate of irregular antibodies between the study group and the control group(1.6%vs 3.2%,P>0.05).There was also no significant difference in blood transfusion effectivity between the two groups(P>0.05).The blood transfusion adverse reaction rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(0.8%vs 1.2%,P>0.05).ConclusionThe positive rate of erythrocytes irregular antibodies in ABO and Rh matched blood transfusion is lower than that in the routine identical blood transfusion,and the safety and blood transfusion efficiency are worthy of recognition.
