摘要
目的探讨临床疑难配血相关因素、相应的处置措施及临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2010年12月30例临床疑难配血相关因素与应对措施。结果通过对数据进行对比分析,自身冷抗体的出现、抗原抗体减弱、ABO亚型及不规则抗体的产生是临床疑难配血的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论及时有效地发现分析临床疑难配血因素,并采取正确有效的对策能及时准确地排除干扰因素,确保交叉配血操作的成功及输血安全。
Objective To investigate the relevant factors, solutions and clinical significance of different blood matching. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the relevant factors and solution of 30 cases of different boold matching in our hospital from Junuary 2008 to December 2010. Results According the comparison and analysis form the data, their own cold antibodies, antigen-antibody reduced, ABO subtypes and irregular antibody production were the typical factors of the clinical different blood matching （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion We should find and analyze the relevant factors of clnical different blood matching timely and effectively, and then take accurate and effective sulutions to suppress interference, in order to ensure the blood cross-matching success and blood transfusion safety.
