摘要
在当前高职教育快速发展的时期,高职院校青年教师专业发展已成为高职院校发展的重要因素之一。文章在课题组前期问卷调查分析的基础上,从社会、高职院校及青年教师个人三个层面提出了促进高职院校青年教师专业发展的策略。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the professional development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges has become one of the important factors in the development of vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the questionnaires in the early stage,this paper puts forward the strategies to promote the professional development of young teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the three aspects of the social,higher vocational colleges and young teachers.
