摘要
高职院校青年教师作为职业教育发展的中坚力量,其专业水准提升对于职业教育的发展有着至关重要的作用.然而,当前高职院校青年教师的专业发展面临重重困境,对此通过问卷调查、开展质性访谈等方式系统分析当前高职青年教师专业发展瓶颈及其深层原因.从高职青年教师以自身为资源的专业发展出发,借助于构建专业发展共同体以及专业发展一体化制度,多角度探析推动高职青年教师专业发展的对策.
As the backbone of higher vocational education’s development in China,the professional development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges plays a crucial role in the development of vocational education in China.Facing the predicament of the professional development of young teachers in Higher Vocational colleges,questionnaires and qualitative interviews were used to find our the inner causes.At the same time,with the help of building professional development community and professional development integration system,it explores the countermeasures to promote professional development of young teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from various angles in order to promote the professional development of young teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges.
