摘要
文章以三所职业院校为研究对象,综合运用问卷调查法、统计分析法、观察法和个案研究法进行实证研究,深入调查三所职业院校教师专业发展情况,了解职业院校教师专业发展面临的主要问题,分析导致这些问题的成因,就促进职业院校教师专业发展提出建议对策,希望能为促进高职院校教师专业发展提供启示与借鉴。
This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of teachers' professional development in vocational colleges. With three vocational colleges as the research objects, the article uses questionnaire survey method, statistical analysis method, observation method and case study method to empirically investigate the professional development of teachers. It also demonstrates the main problems of the teachers' professional development in vocational colleges and analyzes the causes of these problems. Therefore, it puts forward suggestions for promoting the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges.
