摘要
公立医院改革作为新医改的重点工作,现已在全国推开。2015年全国共有4个试点省、100个城市以及全国所有的县开展了公立医院改革。各地改革进度、内容、完成情况不尽相同。如何客观、高效的评价各地公立医院改革的效果,成为公立医院改革必须面对的一个客观问题。本文重点研究如何借助信息化手段,构建一套适应公立医院改革不断发展的效果评价系统。
Public hospital reform as the focus of the new health care reform, has been carried out throughout the country currently. In 2015, there are 4 pilot provinces, 100 cities and all counties in the nation have taken part in the reform. The progress, content and completion of the reform in different parts of the country are not the same. To objectively and effectively evaluate the effect of reform becomes a problem that must be faced in the reforming process. This article will focus on applying information technology to build an effect evaluation system to adapt to the development of public hospital reform.
