摘要
利用ETA/Dynaform5.6对带凸缘的圆筒件进行拉深成形模拟,通过观察成形极限图预测成形过程中有可能出现起皱倾向以及起皱的部位,并在这些部位各随机采集一个节点,获得节点从冲压开始到冲压结束的应力曲线图,分析在出现起皱倾向或者起皱瞬间的时间点在X方向、Y方向、Z方向的应力值,最后分析出使材料发生起皱倾向以及起皱的原因的是Y方向的应力。
The flanged cylinder was simulated by using ETA/Dynaform5.6 drawing,map projections may have appeared in the process of forming wrinkle tendency and wrinkling of the site through the observation of forming limit,and in these parts of the random collection of a node,the node from the beginning to get stamping punch end stress curve analysis in the wrinkling tendency or the value of stress in X direction,Y direction and Z direction of the wrinkling moment of time,finally analyzes the wrinkling tendency and the reason which makes the material is wrinkling stress in Y direction.
