摘要
DCO6钢是目前汽车覆盖件生产中使用量最大的钢板种类之一,准确掌握DC06钢各项材料力学性能可为生产实践节约成本、提高产品合格率及获得更大经济效益。基于无凸缘圆筒件的拉深试验测定DC06钢极限拉深系数,利用伺服压力机降低了实验次品率,提高了实验精度,在国标的基础上缩小了直径极差范围,并进行Dynaform模拟分析,证明了实验结果的可靠性;将极限拉深系数理论计算值、预测值与实验值三者进行比较分析,得到了较高的匹配率。
DC06 steel is one of the most consumable steel sheets used for the production of cover parts of automobile. Accurate knowledge of all material properties of DC06 will help to save cost in production and practice, improve product qualification rate, and obtain greater economic benefits. The limit drawing coefficient of DC06 steel was tested based on the experiment of drawing of flangeless cylindrical parts. The defective rate was decreased and the experiment accuracy was improved using servo pressure machine, and the range of diame- ter was reduced on the basis of international standard. Then, the Dynaform simulation analysis was carried out to prove the reliability of experiment results. Besides, the calculated value under theoretical calculation formula, predicted value under prediction formula, and ex- perimental value were compared and analyzed to generate a comparatively high match ratio.
