摘要
采用数值模拟试验和物理试验相结合的方法,研究了DP780双相高强钢板无凸缘圆筒件拉深系数的变化规律。数值模拟试验基于Dynaform5.9平台进行,采用不同的网格划分方式对DP780双相高强钢拉深成形性的影响进行了试验分析,并根据试验获得了DP780双相高强钢的极限拉深系数,最后通过物理试验验证了数值模拟试验结果。
The variation of drawing coefficient of flangeless cylinder for DP780 dual phase high strength steel was studied by using method of combining numerical simulation with physical experiment. The numerical simulations were based on DynaformS.9 platform. The influences of different meshing methods on drawing effect for DP780 dual phase high strength steel were analyzed by the experiment. According to the test, the limit drawing coefficient of DP780 dual phase high strength steel was obtained. Finally, the accuracy of the finite element simulation was verified by the experiments.
