摘要
我国2011年正式出台了《全国主体功能区规划》,国内学者在主体功能区内涵、功能、调控政策等方面做了深入研究,其成果对主体功能区建设也起到了积极的推动作用。然而,通过系统文献梳理,无论是在研究范围上还是在研究深度上,现有研究成果仍远远不能满足主体功能区建设的需要,尤其是主体功能区的重大创新,其实质是突破传统经济理论"无空间维度"分析范式,而将具有空间特征的区域经济承载主体(资源约束、环境特征)纳入理论分析之中,故而继续沿袭旧有理论分析范式必然无法适应新发展观下的主体功能区建设。因此,在系统分析过往研究不足的基础上,认为揭示主体功能区形成机理和宏观调控机制,其破题之路在于重构传统经济学的空间维度分析框架。
The country’s outline for the major function area has been proposed for over 5 years. The economists have paid great attention on the concerned research regarding to the theory’s contents,function,macro-control system and therefore its policies. However,the full theory system for the major function areas is not yet completed. Especially for the innovation,most of the papers are not concerned on its nature,that is,the major function area theory is based on the spatial dimension. Therefore,the study of the thereof theory must be based on the spatial dimension. And the key point of the future research is also proposed in this paper.
