摘要
随着人才培养理念的转变,高校在具体的人才培养策略上进行了一系列的创新和优化,其中讲座课程创新是最为关键的一点,这也是和课程教学直接相关的创新体现,有利于学生综合能力的提升。而纵观当前高校讲座创新工作的开展情况,还存在着很多不足之处,严重制约着高校创新型人才的培养,因此,实行以创新教育为中心的讲座课程体系改革,注重学生的全面发展,培养学生创新性思维是当前高校培养创新型人才的重点,需要落实到位。
With the change of the concept of talent cultivation in colleges, a series of innovation and optimi-zation have been carried out in the specific training strategy. The course lecture innovation is the most criti-cal point, which is directly related to students and is conducive to the improvement of students ＇ compre-hensive ability. There are still a lot of shortcomings ＇ which restrict the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. Therefore ＇the implementation of innovative education as the center of the course lecture system reform,focusing on the comprehensive development of students＇ and cultivating students ？ innovative thinking , is the current focus of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities？ which needs to implement in place.
